Served on a Big Sur Bakery 3-seed roll with lettuce, tomato and our own Honey Apple Chutney
This ham is prepared by Ham I AM ( www.hamiam.com ) of Dallas Texas, winner of the 2000 Top 200 tastes award from "D" magazine. We prepare our own Honey Apple Chutney and serve it on a 3-seed roll, freshly baked by the Big Sur Bakery. The sandwich is finished with lettuce and tomato and served with your choice of salad.
Honey Apple Chutney -
1 cup
Honey
2 cups
Seasoned Rice Vineger
2 TBS
Fresh Ginger
1/4 tsp
Turmeric
6 cloves
Chopped Garlic
1
Diced yellow Onion
1 cup
Raisins
20
Peeled Sliced Green Apples
Combine all ingredients and cook in a pot until just done. About 15 minutes.
